Salon Policy

​

  • Cancellations: We kindly ask that you provide at least 24 hours' notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment.

  • Late Arrivals: Arriving 15 minutes or more after your scheduled appointment time may result in your appointment being canceled.

  • No-Shows & Cancellations: After 3 or more no-shows or last-minute cancellations, a deposit of 30-50% will be required for future appointments.

  • Gel Nail Repairs: If your gel nails chip within 7 days, we will be happy to fix them. Please contact us as soon as possible to schedule a repair.

  • Gift Certificates: Gift certificates are non-refundable and can only be used for services.

  • Health Considerations: If you have any existing health conditions, such as diabetes, open cuts or wounds, fungal nail infections, allergies, etc., please inform us prior to your appointment so we can ensure the best care and safety during your service.
